Quintanilla del Molar is a municipality in the province of Valladolid, in Tierra de Campos, with 43 inhabitants. Together with Roales de Campos it forms the Enclave de Roales y Quintanilla, an exclave of Valladolid embedded in Zamora territory. It is crossed by the arroyo de la Vega, and part of its territory lies within the ZEPA de Penillanuras-Campos (a special protection area for birds). In the mid-19th century it had 76 inhabitants. Its most notable building is the baroque parish church of Santo Tomás de Aquino, from the 18th century, built of brick and rubble masonry and crowned by a slender tower. It celebrates its festivities of San Tirso, on 28 January, and San Isidro, on 15 May.
