What to see and do in La Losilla

La Losilla
Village
La Losilla is one of the smallest municipalities in the province of Soria, in the comarca of Almarza, with barely twelve inhabitants and a territory of less than eight square kilometres at the foot of the Sistema Ibérico. Its continental-oceanic climate brings cold, long winters with frequent snowfalls, and frosts in April and May that damage the harvests. It belonged to the partido of Ágreda after the fall of the Ancien Régime, when the 1842 census still recorded 30 households and 118 residents; by the mid-19th century it had 36 houses, according to Pascual Madoz's Dictionary. It celebrates its festival on the last weekend of September.
