Coscurita
Village
Coscurita is a municipality in the comarca of Almazán, in the province of Soria, situated at 960 m above sea level between the sierra de Perdices and the river Morón, 45 km from the provincial capital. It brings together 69 inhabitants across the settlements of Coscurita, Bordejé, Centenera del Campo, Neguillas and Villalba, incorporated into the municipality in the mid-19th century. The N-111 and CL-116 roads run through the village, and its railway station was a junction point of the Torralba-Soria line, opened in 1892, and the Valladolid-Ariza line, of 1895, closed to passengers in 1985 and to freight in 1993. It celebrates Candelas on 2 February and Santísima Trinidad on 18 June.
