Torremocha de Jadraque is a municipality in the northern mountains of Guadalajara, with barely 23 inhabitants, bordering Pinilla de Jadraque, Medranda, Cendejas de Padrastro, Pálmaces de Jadraque and Negredo. Its municipal area, of cereal fields with small stands of Portuguese oak and holm oak on the steepest slopes, has hosted a bird-ringing station since the 1980s. In the mid-19th century it had 183 inhabitants, according to the Diccionario by Pascual Madoz. Its main monument is the 12th-century church of San Miguel Arcángel.
