Sant Feliu Sasserra
Village
Sant Feliu Sasserra is a town in the Lluçanès, administratively attached to the Bages, with a well-preserved old quarter whose main street follows the curve of the ridge-shaped terrain that gives it its name. The complex is dominated by the Casa del Consell, with an early 17th-century Renaissance façade, the former seat of the sub-viguerie of the Llusanès, and the church of Sant Feliu, late Gothic with a 12th-century Romanesque portal, built, according to tradition, on the roca d'en Feliu rock. It preserves masies (farmhouses) and old houses with Gothic windows. Every 31 October and 1 November since 1999 it holds the Fira de les Bruixes, which recalls the persecution of witchcraft in the 16th and 17th centuries, with 23 women tried. It has 633 inhabitants.

Town Hall of Sant Feliu Sasserra
Monument
The town hall of Sant Feliu Sasserra occupies a town that in 1396 shared with Perafita, intermittently and until 1661, the double court of the subveguer that Queen María granted that year to the barony of the Lluçanès. The present building was built in 1611 as the seat of the curia of the sotsvegueria of the Lluçanès, a function it kept until the Decreto de Nueva Planta, after which it became the casa de la Vila. It shows a Renaissance façade with corner pilasters framing three windows, and in the large central window, crowned with a classical pediment, appears the allegorical figure of the Justicier. Restored in 1972, it today houses the town hall, the library, the courthouse and the archive.
