Village
One of the smallest municipalities in Navarre, with fewer than 50 inhabitants. The oldest document mentioning it is the "Karta de Mutiloa," from the year 1002, recorded in the cartulary of the monastery of Leyre, in which a priest named Galindo de Córdoba donates properties near Pamplona bought from Sancho Oxanárriz and García Oxanárriz of Triapu. In 2002, the village celebrated the millennium of this first mention with cultural events from 6 to 8 September.
