What to see and do in Villanueva de Tapia

Villanueva de Tapia
Village
Formerly known as 'El Entredicho' as it was land disputed between Iznájar and Archidona, the Crown sold it on 21 April 1603 to the licentiate Pedro de Tapia for twelve thousand ducats, confirmed by royal decree on 30 October 1605. It is one of the least populous municipalities in the province, with just over 1,300 inhabitants, on the border with Granada and Córdoba.
