Waterfalls of Oneta Nature · Villayón, Eo-Navia, Asturias Natural monument formed by three permanent waterfalls of the river Oneta, near the hamlet of Oneta, in the municipality of Villayón. The first and best known for its easy access, La Firbia, is also the largest, with a drop of about fifteen metres. Going down a narrow path leads to the second, La Firbia de Abajo or la Ulloa, smaller and less vertical, and then to the third, La Maserúa, the smallest and hardest to find because the path leading to it has disappeared. The group was declared a natural monument on 19 April 2001; the surrounding area also preserves several traditional mills in good condition.
