Santa Cruz de Campezo celebrates its patron saint festivals on the first weekend of September in honor of the Virgen de Ibernalo: at dawn a romería climbs to the hermitage, a solemn mass is celebrated, and the return to the village is made in procession. On the second Sunday of September, members of the confraternity climb again for the Día de la Cofradía, with mass, the kissing of the foot, and an open-air meal.
