The Umia river as it passes through Portas

Nature · Portas, Caldas, Pontevedra

Image of Portas, not of the place itself.

The Umia crosses the concello among meadows and trellised vineyards, accompanied by riverside woods of alder and willow and by flour mills that made use of the falls of the channel.
