Deva Valley in Pontedeva Nature · Pontedeva, Terra de Celanova, Ourense The Deva forms here a fertile valley of steep slopes that marks the northern boundary of the municipality before giving itself up to the Miño, with oak woods, chestnuts, pines and eucalyptus on the sides and open panoramas from the heights of Trado; the greatest height of the district is the Penedo do Monte, to the west, and two approved footpaths of some seven kilometres allow it to be walked.
