A medieval tower of Cospeito protected as a bien de interés cultural (heritage site), the younger sibling of Caldaloba castle; both watched over the flat lands and lagoons at the heart of the Terra Chá. It stood in the parish of Momán, also called San Pedro de Momán, where its remains are preserved today alongside those of the tower known as Torre da Hedra, near the parish church, which holds a Baroque altarpiece.
