Castle of o Cardeal

A coastal battery begun in 1741 at the Punta de Pión and completed by the engineers Francisco Llovet and Carlos Lemaur; armed with twelve cannon and a garrison of 96 men, it defended the mouth of the ría together with the Castelo do Príncipe.
