Historic infrastructure of Guadalupe's monastery: the Arca del Agua, from the 14th century, with galleries carved into the mountain, and the Pozo de la Nieve, from the 16th century, used to supply the monastic hospitals. The complex is completed by old mills dating from the 14th to the 16th centuries.
