Oven-baked rice of the Valldigna

It is cooked in an earthenware dish with chickpeas, sliced potato, blood sausage, ribs and a whole head of garlic, making use of the broth of the previous day's stew. It was a Sunday dish and was taken to be cooked at the town's wood-fired oven, which made it on a falling heat.
