Stretch of the Route of the Monasteries, a Long Distance path, GR-236, that crosses several municipalities of La Safor, among them Alfauir, Almiserà and Barx. This monumental and cultural route was inaugurated in 2008 and runs through Barx, a town that was once a resting place for the monks of the Monastery of Santa María de la Valldigna.
