18th-century farmhouse located on Calle San Antonio in Polinyà de Xúquer (Ribera Baixa, Valencia), an example of the traditional rural architecture of the comarca. It is a former country house that became enclosed within the town as it grew; today it is the headquarters of the Asociación Musical Poliñanense, and its present use continues to respect the building's features and particularities.
