Honey of the Vall dels Alcalans

The apiaries of the valley make use of the orange blossom flowering of the citrus groves and the rosemary and thyme of the hills. The area's beekeeping tradition gave rise to the creation in the town of a museum devoted to honey and to the trades that surround it.
