Old Flour Factory of Sinarcas

A flour mill built in 1935 by Ángel Palomares Jiménez. After the Spanish Civil War, in 1941, it was acquired by the Cañizares family, who had a milling tradition in the area since the 18th century. It remained in operation until the late 1980s and, after its closure, became the property of the Sinarcas Town Council, which today preserves the building.
