Manchegan gazpachos of the valley

Stew of game or of fowl cooked over pieces of unleavened flatbread, inherited from the neighbouring Manchegan cooking. It is made in a deep pan with rabbit, partridge or chicken, thyme and garlic, and it is eaten from the same vessel in which it has been cooked.
