The aqueduct of the Barranco Martí, which spans this ravine in Ribesalbes (La Plana Baixa), is a 19th-century single-arch structure resting on two thick dry-masonry piers. It carried water from the Berita area to the market gardens that surrounded the town, a use now lost: it remains out of use, though it still stands as a testament to the traditional hydraulic engineering of the comarca.
