The patron saint festivities of Xert are held on 12 April in honour of Saint Vincent and on 29 June in honour of Saint Peter, within a festive calendar for the municipality that includes other celebrations throughout the year: on the Sunday closest to 17 January, Saint Anthony is celebrated; on the Saturday closest to 25 April the pilgrimage to the hermitage of Saint Mark takes place, with the distribution of the traditional fogasses; and from 14 to 24 August the main festivities are held in honour of the Virgin of the Assumption and Saint Roch, the village's official patron saints.
