The patronal festivities of Confrides, on the second-to-last Sunday of August, honour San José and la Virgen de los Dolores with a parade of Moors and Christians, masses and a procession, as well as street parades, communal meals in the square, cultural events, a costume cavalcade and open-air dances at night.
