The 2007 flood of the riu Girona

The overflowing of the riu Girona on 12 October 2007 carried away the town's bridge and flooded houses and market gardens of the plain. The flood forced the access to be rebuilt and the urban occupation of the channel to be reviewed throughout the valley.
