Built in 1831 with two towers of unequal height, the clock tower and the bell tower, the church of Nuestra Señora del Rosario presides over Plaza de España in Benejúzar. The parish that preceded it was founded in 1615, the year from which the town's oldest baptismal records are kept. From this church, located in the centre of the town, the pilgrimage to the sanctuary of the Virgen del Pilar sets out every year, almost two kilometres away.
