El Palacio de los Reyes de Navarra Monument · Estella-Lizarra, Tierra Estella, Navarra A 12th-century building considered, together with the hórreo (granary) of Iracheta, one of only two surviving examples of Romanesque civil architecture in Navarre. Despite its popular name there is no documentary evidence that the kings actually lived there; notable is its capital depicting the legendary combat between Roldán and Ferragut, signed by the sculptor Martinus de Logroño. Since 1991 it has housed the Museo Gustavo de Maeztu. Photo: Davidh820 (CC BY-SA 3.0 es) What to see and do in Estella-Lizarra
