The Bombo of Chapinería

A shelter for travellers on a square plan with a vault of brick and stone, built around 1750 beside the royal road from Madrid to San Martín de Valdeiglesias to give shelter to the poor and to travellers; it is already mentioned in the Lorenzana Reports of 1788.
