Cave of la Luna

Nature · Titulcia, Las Vegas, Madrid

Image of Titulcia, not of the place itself.

An artificial gallery dug beneath the hill on which the village stands, whose construction the Toledo archives attribute to Cardinal Cisneros; its unusual plan and the scarcity of documentation have fed all manner of esoteric interpretations.
