The main festival of Móra la Nova, in the Ribera d'Ebre (Tarragona), is the most representative celebration of the municipality and is held on the first Sunday of August in honour of Sant Domènec de Guzmán. Among its events, the Nits Blanques dance stands out, a kind of social presentation for young women reaching adulthood, a distinctive tradition that sets this main festival apart from those of other towns in the comarca.
