Sant Jaume d'Enveja

The town was formed from the eighteen-sixties on the right bank of the delta and was constituted as a municipality in 1978, on being segregated from Tortosa. In 1990 it passed from the Baix Ebre to the Montsià, the comarca to which it now belongs.
