The summer Festa Major of Puigpelat, dedicated to the Mare de Déu (Assumpció), is celebrated on 15 September, with an offering of almonds, hazelnuts, grapes and basil (ametlles, avellanes, raïm i alfàbrega) from the agricultural cooperative.
