Convent of Santa Anna Monument · Alcover, Alt Camp, Tarragona The Convent of Santa Anna is a monument declared a cultural asset of national interest on the outskirts of Alcover, at the foot of Mount Calvari, next to the road to Mont-ral. Its most notable elements are the church, of rectangular plan with a single nave and eight chapels —which until 2009 was very deteriorated, with the roof collapsed—, and the cloister, of square plan, formed by two storeys of galleries with round arches opening onto the former cells; the lower galleries are covered with groin vaults and the upper ones with beams. A door connected the church with the cloister. Next to the complex the gardener's house is also preserved, today private property, with its pens.
