Castle documented since 1081, with Gothic structures added in the 14th-15th centuries, residence of the castellan lords of Enfesta in the service of the viscounts of Cardona; inside it preserves the old church of Santa Maria, the noble halls, the oven, and the old prison. Declared a Bien de Interés Cultural (Spain's top heritage-protection category) in 1949, after intensive restoration it is now visited by guided tour and hosts events and film shoots.
