Remains of walls and foundations next to the settlement of Castellar, near the church of Sant Pere, with a cylindrical watchtower; today its layout is hard to make out, and our visual knowledge comes from a drawing by Langlois from 1834. Documented since 1154, its castellans became the leading noble family of the area, first under the counts of Urgell and later under the Cardona family. A Bien Cultural de Interés Nacional (Catalonia's top heritage-protection category).
