From the Ripollès to Osona

Until the reform of the comarcal division of 1989 the municipality did not belong to Osona but to the Ripollès. Its other singularity is the demographic emptying: from the 740 inhabitants recorded in 1837 it fell to 163 in 2001, a decline of more than seventy-five per cent.
