Church of Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana Monument · Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana, Vallès Oriental, Barcelona The parish church of Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana, in the Vallès Oriental, is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. Although its typology corresponds to that of a Romanesque chapel, there are no documentary records earlier than the 16th century, when it is mentioned in pastoral visits; it was probably rebuilt at that time while retaining its Romanesque structure, as indicated by the 1568 date on the portal. The first documentation of the parish dates from the year 932. The church was rebuilt again in 1880, reusing the 17th-century portal, sections of wall and two vault keystones. Tradition places the old church near Can Brustenga. Photo: Joaquim Brustenga Etxauri (CC BY-SA 3.0) What to see and do in Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana
