Parish church that gives its name to the municipality of Sant Quirze del Vallès, in the Vallès Occidental, whose parish is already documented in 1013. For this church the Gothic altarpiece of Sant Quirze i Santa Julita was commissioned, begun by Bernat Martorell and completed around 1456 by Pere Garcia de Benavarri; the work remained in the church until it was moved, and today it is kept in the Museu Diocesà de Barcelona.
