Manor House of Vallverd Monument · Sant Llorenç Savall, Vallès Occidental, Barcelona Image of Sant Llorenç Savall, not of the place itself. Of the Casal de Vallverd, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, some wall remains survive beside the chapel of Sant Jaume de Vallverd, to its north and at a higher level. There are few documentary records: in 1190 the will of Bernat de Vallverd mentions that a chapel had been built inside the stronghold, and in 1205 Bernat and his wife bequeathed it, in free allod, to their son Bernat.
