Saffron milk cap mushrooms with romesco

The saffron milk caps of the pine woods of the Moianès are cooked over embers or in a pan and accompanied by a picada of almond, ñora pepper and garlic. It is the most habitual preparation of the mushroom season in the surrounding villages.
