The founding of the monastery of Sant Benet

The knight Sal·la raised in the middle of the tenth century a Benedictine monastery beside the Llobregat, whose church was consecrated in 972. Abandoned in the nineteenth century, it was rehabilitated and today articulates a cultural and research complex.
