Documented since 889, when King Odo confirmed the bishops of Vic's dominion over the valley and the castle, and mentioned as a termed castle in 1078; the palace and a minor tower were built between 1195 and 1199. Today converted into a farmhouse, it hides much of its Romanesque and Gothic fabric beneath later constructions.
