Sant Miquel Peak

Puig de Sant Miquel is a peak of 733 metres in the serra de les Maioles, in the municipality of Rubió (Anoia), included in the list of the 100 cims of the Federació d'Entitats Excursionistes de Catalunya. Going down its southwest face is the church of Sant Pere d'Ardesa, restored by the town council after being in a semi-ruined state, next to which the vanished castle of Ardesa is believed to have stood, presiding over the former municipality of Sant Pere d'Ardesa. On the summit there is a geodesic marker and a nativity scene.
