House of Ramona Quer i Via

A Modernista house on the heritage inventory in the centre of Vilafranca del Penedès, on Carrer Consellers, a narrow stretch linking Plaça de la Vila and Plaça de Sant Joan with the Rambla de Sant Francesc. It was designed by the architect Santiago Güell i Grau in 1906: a two-bay building sharing party walls, with a basement, ground floor and two upper floors topped by a flat roof terrace. Notable features include the wrought-iron railings of the balconies and roof terrace, and the curved cornice crowning the façade, in a Modernista idiom.
