The Church of San Juan Bautista de Fresno Monument · Fresno el Viejo, Tierra del Vino, Valladolid The church of San Juan Bautista, in Fresno el Viejo, was built in Romanesque-Mudéjar style and is the finest building of a town that was the seat of the commandery of the Order of San Juan within the Kingdom of León, before passing in 1833 to the province of Valladolid. Its fame reaches beyond the village: a scale model of the building is exhibited at the Olmedo Mudéjar Theme Park. Photo: Fundación Joaquín Díaz (CC BY-SA 3.0) What to see and do in Fresno el Viejo
