Church of San Cipriano de Fuensaldaña Monument · Fuensaldaña, Campiña del Pisuerga, Valladolid The church of San Cipriano, the parish church of Fuensaldaña, was built in the 13th century in Gothic-Mudéjar style, with a pointed triumphal arch that merges with the nave, crowned by a four-tiered tower. It is reached by a staircase leading to a notable round-arched porch, added in the 16th century as shelter from harsh weather, which today serves as an atrium to the main entrance, opened by six arches, under a 17th-century plaster vault. Its altarpiece is Rococo in style, with numerous paintings and sculptures from between the 16th and 18th centuries. Photo: Pernales88 (CC BY-SA 3.0) What to see and do in Fuensaldaña
