The boundary settlement between two dioceses

Disputed between the bishoprics of Zamora and Salamanca, the settlement was the subject of a bull by Pope Alexander III in 1170; the boundary was not settled until 1185, when the two chapters delimited their jurisdictions and Santiz remained in the diocese of Zamora.
