The patatas meneás and "the lemon"

The typical dish is patatas meneás, boiled and mashed with bacon, paprika and bay leaf. More unusual is «el limón»: lemon and orange with chorizo, garlic and boiled egg, whose yolk is crushed in the mortar with wine to make the sauce.
