A municipality of two villages

The municipal district brings together two settlements with their own histories, Encinas de Abajo and Cilloruelo, spread over 20.86 square kilometres of countryside. Between them they add up to little more than six hundred households, in a municipality of the association of Cantalapiedra and Las Villas.
