The Morucha cattle meat of the dehesa

The morucha is the native cow of these dehesas, of black or grey coat, with hook-shaped horns in the males and lyre-shaped in the females. Raised extensively on natural pasture, its meat is covered by the geographical indication Carne de Morucha de Salamanca.
