Petroglyphs of Peña Fadiel Monument · Lucillo, La Cabrera, León Two large diabase rocks located at around 1,163 metres in the district of Filiel preserve engravings from the Bronze Age; they form the main open-air rock art site in the whole of the province of León. The panels show a wide grouping of cup marks, grooves, circular and oval figures, as well as labyrinths, symbols that can be related to rock art of the Atlantic style. Their importance lies above all in the quantity and variety of circular engravings in the shape of a labyrinth, a figure of which, until their discovery, few known prehistoric examples existed.
